// Thom Yorke & Atoms For Peace Announce Tour//

Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has officially confirmed tour dates for his other band – Atoms For Peace.

If you remember, a few months ago Yorke’s performed with his new project (Flea, Nigel Godrich, Mauro Refosco and Joey Warnoker)  in Los Angeles – which was very difficult to get tickets for – thanks ticketweb!!!

The announcement came via Radiohead’s official website - Dead Air  Space -and will more than likely circulate online like an African epidemic.

In case your wondering  the name, Atoms For Peace was taken from a government program founded by Dwight D. Eisenhower in the 1950’s. Said program was designed to promote “peaceful nuclear energy” and I assuming the reference is an allusion to Yorke own political stances.

The upcoming tour is by no means extensive – so you if your not in one the select cities below you might need to hop in the nearest automobile/plane.  Furthermore,  we now have a confirmation about the illusive Coachella line up that posted Yorke’s name followed by a series of questions marks; finally the suspense is over.
